On June 5, 2025, the three-day Battery Show Europe 2025 came to a successful conclusion in Stuttgart, Germany. At the exhibition site, with the help of two visual models, Haosen visually demonstrated to customers its low-carbon & high-efficient solutions for lithium battery manufacturing. The production line sand table dynamically demonstrated the fully automated process of module PACK integration, clearly presenting the process of equipment collaborative work; whereas the intelligent logistics & warehousing model presented full-process (including AGV transferring, intelligent sorting, inbound/outbound scheduling and etc.) automation capabilities and technical advantages to the guests, meeting the customers' demands for achieving low-energy consumption and high-efficiency production in "Dark Factories", which is a direct hit on the pain points of lithium battery manufacturing in Europe.

Power Lithium Battery Module Line

By adopting robots and a vision system integrated with gantry manipulators, the full automation and high flexibility of the entire line are achieved; Support the production of multi-specification products; By integrating Automatic OCV Testing Equipment, Automatic Quantitative Sealant Application Equipment, Automatic Module Stacking Equipment and Laser Welding Equipment, the high quality and consistency of assembly line are ensured.

Power Lithium Battery Pack Line

The integrated robot vision system is utilized to achieve fully automatic and highly flexible multi-variety production along the entire line, covering the seven key processes, i.e.: Fuzzy gripping, film application & placement in housing, screw gasket feeding & tightening, blocking & press-fitting, electrical test connection, leakage testing, and top cover tightening. The cycle time of the entire line can reach 43 seconds per PACK.

Battery Cell Insulation & Coating Production Line

The single-line cycle time can reach 50ppm, and the maximum conveying speed is 15m/min; OEE > 85% ; The automation rate of the entire line is 100%, significantly reducing both the reliance on manual labor and costs; The highly compatible design can be adapted to battery cells of various sizes. Supports 6-sided texturing treatment & coating process to ensure the insulation performance and safety of the battery cell; All laser equipment on the entire line has passed the TÜV Rheinland Safety Certification.

Power Battery Inspection System

It adopts a modular unit design, covering all scenarios of battery dynamic & static testing, and is compatible with both manual and automatic platforms. It can be conveniently maintained, with low consumption and high efficiency, while ensuring the performance and safety of battery products with extremely high measurement accuracy: OCV measurement accuracy ±(0.004%Reading+0.0006%Range)；The insulation measurement accuracy has reached ±2%(at MΩ level)、±5%(at GΩ level)；The output and measurement accuracy of dynamic voltage and current both reach ±0.02% F.S; the key accuracy indicators have reached the industry-leading level and can fully meet the stringent requirements for battery testing in high-end scenarios such as new energy vehicles and energy storage systems.

Intelligent Logistics and Warehousing System

Provide specialized and customized services for individualized production capacity demands; The entire scheduling system is independently developed by Haosen. By way of automated material handling and intelligent warehousing management, the accuracy and response speed of material management are enhanced, human errors are effectively reduced, and customers' demands for lean production and lean management are also precisely met.
